WOOOMM Tutorials

The following tutorials are intended to familiarize the user with the basic interface elements in the WOOOMM system, some of the basic modeling concepts that are part of the system, and in the process offer a very brief look at some of the basics of systems dynamics modeling. For an overview of all the models in the "Sample Data" collection, click here.

This first set of tutorials entitled: "Introducing WOOOMM - Using the Lotka-Volterra Predator-Prey Model". The first time user should view these tutrials in order, as they build upon one another. The first tutorial starts at the end, showing some of the types and formats of model output that one can produce in the WOOOMM. The second tutorial shows how to copy a model from the Sample Data domain so that you can move onto the third tutorial, which shows you how to edit the sample Lotka-Volterra model, and explore some of the implications of this particular model. An advanced/adventurous user may disregard this advice and dive right in if they wish!
